Terms and conditions of sale

Payment is made on site, and a credit card is required as a guarantee, except for non-refundable bookings, where the hotel reserves the right to debit the full amount of the stay at the time of booking.

The hotel is open from 7am to 9.30pm on weekdays, from 7.30am to 9.00pm on Saturdays and from 7.30am to 12.00pm and then from 5.00pm to 8.30pm at weekends and public holidays. Outside reception opening hours, check-in is done directly at the 24-hour terminal.

Any booking of more than 3 rooms will be considered as a group booking, the conditions are: 30% non-refundable deposit on booking, cancellations possible up to 7 days before the date of arrival up to a limit of 10% of the number of rooms booked.

For cancellations outside group bookings and non-refundable :
- Double and Twin rooms up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- Family and Interconnecting rooms up to 48 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

If the customer fails to receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable period of time, he or she may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures are available on his or her website: www.mtv.travel
